Founder
After 25 years in the British luxury menswear industry managing wholesale growth for Mulberry, then 12 years as CEO of Duchamp London, Marc relocated to Canada in 2015 to found Blackwatch Agency.
The goal was to launch previously unrepresented British heritage brands into the North American market: brands with proven success in the UK and Europe, and the product strength to build here with discipline.
Marc brings strategic, commercial focus to every brand in the roster, with experience ranging from his first retail position at Mulberry to initiating an MBO of Duchamp London in 2006. He built Duchamp from the ground up, opening an award-winning Regent Street flagship, launching an industry-leading online store in 2007, and growing wholesale from a niche UK accessory brand into a globally recognized ready-to-wear business stocked by key department stores worldwide.
